Special Education
Aspire Education Advocates help parents make sure their child's needs are met. We help you understand available services, interpret test results, and work with schools to plan individualized education programs (IEPs), laws and processes. In addition to, we can accompany parents to meetings and assist in the negotiation process between parents and the school.

504 Plan & Meetings
We advocate for children to receive accommodations that will ensure their academic success and access to the learning environment. We help parents work with educators and staff, to customize effective educational plans. Our methods may include strategies such as support materials or prioritizing goals and objectives. The goal will always be created, for your child to obtain beneficial outcomes.

Bullying & Cyberbullying
Any form of bullying is detrimental to a child's well-being. We have a zero tolerance for it, and will fight for children's right to a safe school climate that is conducive to learning. When this behavior is not addressed promptly, it becomes more aggressive, which in turn, has a negative effect on a student's work ethic. Here at Aspire Education Advocates, we provide parents with a comprehensive overview of what bullying is and how it can be managed appropriately. In addition, we will attend meetings with you and advocate on your behalf.
Parent-Teacher Meetings
We understand how parent-teacher meetings can be overwhelming at times. You may have a difficult time conveying your child's needs academically, voicing parental concerns, or even complaints. Whatever situation arises, we are here to provide guidance. We will attend your meeting, to provide support or conduct the parent-teacher conference.

Behavior & Discipline
There are times parents questioned if the disciplinary measure or procedures were appropriate for the incident. In some instances it is not. Unfortunately, there are educators who are untruthful about an occurrence, and complete the referral with false information. Our job is to investigate the matter, and resolve the issue with the administrators.

Formal Complaint/Greivence
Ideally, our goal is to always work with the school and maintain a positive relationship. However, conflicts do arise, such as lack of classroom support needed to implement a plan, or educators and administrators refusing to make changes to accommodate the student. Whatever the reason, we are here to help you with the process. We will help you file within the time frame; therefore, you won't forfeit your rights. We will also attend hearings and address all concerns. You want an advocate who is knowledgeable and confident, as it relates to the due process.
Draft Emails & Letters
Writing requires you to have skills such as active voice, purpose, analytical, conversational tone, facts over opinion, and demonstrable argument. Moreover, writing fosters your ability to explain and achieve the results you want. Aspire Education Advocates will write your letters and/or emails (drafting requests, responses, and complaints to schools), utilizing strategies that are clear, effective, and successful.

Hearings
We will attend and conduct your hearings. Our goal is to make certain we address your concerns, and that your child receives the support he/she deserves. In our meetings, we strive to communicate our intentions. Which is to create an educational setting that has an encouraging environment, that promotes social and creative learning.

Subscription
Aspire Education Advocates understand some parents need additional support throughout the school year. We provide a monthly subscription that allows parents to receive email contact support. Our trained email response staff is selected based on knowledgeable information, superior writing, and reading comprehension skills. This plan is designed for parents who need reinforcement support and/or learning, quick answers, and assistance with decision-making.
