Why choose Aspire Education Adocates?
We're compassionate, understanding, and we love what we do. It's a passion of ours.
How do I select an advocate?
Recommendations from friends‚ family members‚ and co-workers can be helpful‚ particularly if you ask an individual who has had a question similar to yours.
When do I need an advocate?
Many people believe they need an advocate’s services only to solve a problem or to resolve a difficult situation. Often‚ the best time to see an advocate is not when your issues have escalated at the school, but before the problems occur. Preventive measures is one of the most valuable services that an advocate can perform. By eliminating potential educational concerns, preventive measures can save you time‚ money‚ and needless worry.
Can I handle my own educational matters?
Yes you can. Any parent can be an advocate for their child. However, if you’re not experienced (504 Plan, Formal Hearings, and Bullying) we strongly suggest, you hire an advocate. Moreover, advocates can accompany parents to meetings and assist in the negotiation process between parents and the school. At times, this can be an uncomfortable situation, advocates provide that much needed support.
Can I change advocates?
You may terminate our services at any time. Just simply inform us via email (support@aeadvocates.org). Giving notice is a matter of courtesy and may be necessary so that if a formal complaint has been filed‚ the advocate will withdraw the complaint from the district. Even if you terminate your services‚ you are still obligated to pay for any services which have been performed already on your behalf‚ and costs which have been incurred.
