Consultation
Our process is quite simple. Contact us for a free 30-minute consultation. We will discuss your situation, then determine what steps are necessary for you and your family. There are times we will bring a team onboard (social worker and/or attorney) to assist with your case, this service is no additional cost to you. It is one of the perks of choosing Aspire Education Advocates.
Prices for Services

504 Plan & Meetings
We charge $500 for 504 meetings, and $250 for 504 Plan proposals.

Parent-teacher meetings
These parent-teacher meetings are for escalated issues, that require the attendance of an administrator. The cost is per visit.

Bullying & Cyberbullying
For bullying & cyberbullying, costs and expenses are dependent on the number of hours invested in each circumstance(s).

behavior & Discipline
For behavior & discipline matters, costs and expenses are dependent on the number of hours invested in each circumstance(s).

formal complaints
For formal complaints & special education hearings, costs and expenses are dependent on the number of hours invested in each circumstance(s).

draft emails & letters
We charge $50.00 per email correspondence, and anywhere between $75 and $150 for a typical one page letter (i.e. 350-450 words).
$100 Per Hr
coaching
We provide coaching to parents at a rate of $100.00 per hour.
$500-$2000
hearings
We assist with any hearing, regardless of the situation. For hearings, costs and expenses are dependent on the number of hours invested in each circumstance(s).
$30 Per Mo
subscription
